Not only is he one of the most seasoned and technically talented individuals that I have worked with during my career, but he is a natural leader who also is able to get others engaged and motivated. I have seen few people that have the technical breadth and depth of knowledge that Israel has across hardware, software, and networking. During his time at Fidelity he was able to consistently assist in solving complex technical issues that others were unable to solve. Israel brings to the table the rare quality of having both the technical ability of a seasoned architect and engineer, combined with the creative vision that is often times reserved for executives.
